REFUND POLICY
We do not normally give you refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. You can choose between a refund and an exchange on an item if the items were faulty when received. If the items were faulty, you will need to contact info@hammamas.com and we will be in contact with you shortly to arrange the most suitable arrangement. You may be required to post the item back to Hammamas UK Ltd at your expense for this to takes place. Unfortunately we are unable to offer exchanges for items purchased online and returned to our warehouse. You will have to send the item back to us for a refund to be processed, and place a new order.
EMAIL CONFIRMATION - We will send you an email to confirm your return has been received and refund processed. Please note returns can take up to 28 days to be processed.
REFUND PROCESSED - Your refund will be credited back via the original method of payment. Please allow up to 3-5 days for your refund to appear on your bank statement. Delivery Charges are non-refundable.
COLOURS
We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colours of the products shown on the www.hammamas.com web site. However, because the colours you see will depend on your computer screen, we cannot guarantee that your screen’s display of any colour will be accurate.
